1. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) if available.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. But stay tuned—we’re working on expanding our reach!
3. How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days across Pakistan. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is out for delivery.
4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

5. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

6. How does the refund process work?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. For online payments, it’ll go back to your original payment method. For COD orders, we’ll refund via bank transfer or another agreed method.
